Joint Director (Administration and Security) (Group-A):Candidates age must be up to 45 years for direct recruitment and 56 years for deputation as on 9 September 2013.
Administrative Officer (Group-B): Candidates age must be up to 56 Years as on 9 September 2013.
Accounts Officer (Group-B): Candidates age must be up to 56 Years as on 9 September 2013.
Assistant Horticulture Officer (Group-B): Candidates age must be up to 30 years for direct recruitment and 56 years for deputation as on 9 September 2013.
Data Processing Assistant Grade-B (Group-B): Candidates age must be up to 30 years for direct recruitment and 56 years for deputation as on 9 September 2013.
Museum Associate (Group-B): Candidates age must be up to 30 Years as on 9 September 2013.
Senior Stenographer (Group-B): Candidates age must be up to 35 years for direct recruitment and 56 years for deputation as on 9 September 2013.

Educational Qualification

Joint Director (Administration and Security) (Group-A):Candidates should possess Master’s Degree/Post Graduation in any Discipline.
Administrative Officer (Group-B): Candidates should be Graduate in any Discipline or equivalent.
Accounts Officer (Group-B): Candidates should be Graduate or equivalent.
Assistant Horticulture Officer (Group-B): Candidates should possess M.Sc. Ag. & Horticulture.
Data Processing Assistant Grade-B (Group-B): Candidates should possess Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application.
Museum Associate (Group-B): Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Anthropology.
Senior Stenographer (Group-B): Candidates should be Matric pass or equivalent with Speed Typing.
Stenographer (Group-C): Candidates should be Matric pass or equivalent with Speed Typing.
Senior Clerk (Group-C): Candidates should be Matric pass or equivalent with Speed Typing.

Application Fee

General & OBC candidates have to pay Rs.100/- as Application fee in the form of demand Draft or Postal Order drawn in favor of Director, IGRMS, payable at Bhopal.
SC/ ST/PH candidates are exempted from submission of application fee.
