Siddaramaiah defends MLA who slapped cops, slams BJP
Chief minister Siddaramaiah on Friday went on the offensive over the assault case involving a Congress MLA. He termed the attack on two constables by Hungund legislator Vijayanand Kashappanavar in a city lounge bar on Tuesday a “relatively a minor incident compared to BJP legislators who have been accused of rape, watching porn films or even going to jail”.

60% chance of drought: Private forecaster
