SBIInvestorPick thumb SBI – Time to accumulate with long term view

Over the last 2 years PSU banks have been terribly under performing with most of them now at 1-2 year lows. At the same time private banks are hitting new life time highs.

We believe this underperformance is bound to change and now is a good time to buy PSU banks with a long term view.

The top two bets being SBI and BOB in the large caps.

Technically recent bottom was at 1975 and there are lot of long term support lines coming near 1950-2050.

Investors can accumulate the stock with a possible upside of 2400-2500 in next 6-12 months.
