RBI is losing USD 1.2 billion a year on the FCNR B swap window   Hi Promofree Currency Articles General RBI is losing USD 1.2 billion a year on the FCNR B swap window RBI has mobilized USD 34 billion through the swap windows for FCNR B funds and Banks Overseas Borrowing as of 30th November 2013.
