Your thoughts on digital talent, job satisfaction and culture of learning

Hi there,

I came across your name while researching professionals in the marketing/advertising and HR/Learning & Development space for the Online Marketing Institute's Annual Digital Talent Gap Study called “Digital Life, Talent and Learning Study”.

You can read more about some preliminary findings which support this study in this blog post.

I'm really excited about this new study, and would be grateful if you could participate and share your feedback on the challenges of finding and educating great digital talent. We are conducting this study to better understand the correlation between personal happiness, job satisfaction and strong corporate culture including a focus around learning.  The goal is to understand how leading organizations can address the problem, and to provide the best insights to solve it. Start survey >

As a thank you for your time, we will send you the results of the research (valued at over $399) for you and your staff to use and to forward to your respective leaders. We will also include relevant solutions to help your organization find, hire, and retain the best talent out there.

Here is a link to the survey. It takes about 7-10 minutes to complete, and is geared toward key decision makers and team leads. Your responses will be kept entirely confidential, and information will only be reported in aggregate form. Take the survey now >

Thanks again for your feedback. We really appreciate your help in moving the industry forward. If you have any questions, please reach out to me at aaronk@onlinemarketinginstitute.org.

Keep in touch,
